Production Supervisor
Position Purpose:
Oversee production workers who are responsible for several primarily manual tasks including, but not limited to; computer disassembly, general warehouse tasks, cleaning and repurposing of parts for clients, assembly of units by instruction, shipping and receiving and other production projects as assigned.
Primary Duties:
· Oversees day to day operations of job site.
· Achieves customer satisfaction by consistently prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling projects accurately in a timely manner.
· Set up job in accordance with customer requirements and providing excellent customer service.
· Quality Assurance POC ensuring error-free results per customer specifications.
· Enter appropriate indexes and output files to required formats.
· Maintains optimal machine performance and inventory tracking.
· Completes all records and documentation in a timely, accurate, and legible manner.
· Performs all work duties and activities in accordance with company policies and procedures. Works in a safe manner while correcting and reporting unsafe activity and conditions.
· Effectively works with all employees.
· Performs or supervises others receiving and evaluate incoming, electronic materials, computer tear down, data device security/data sanitation/hard drive destruction, computer refurbishing, product packaging/shipping, on & offsite, task set-up, distribution, and put-away
· Directly responsible for health, safety and security of self and assigned workers.
· Responsible for maintaining equipment, supplies, and production materials inventory.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
· Adhere to all policies and procedures of VersAbility Resources, Inc. and customers of VersAbility Resources.
· Assures daily organization and cleanliness of assigned area.
· Ensures R2/RIOS complaint procedures and work instructions are implemented and practiced.
· Responsible for making occasional deliveries.
Qualifications/Skills Knowledge & Abilities:
Education: High school diploma with experience and/or training in document imaging is preferred. Familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures is also preferred.
Experience: A minimum of two years’ experience required. A valid Driver’s License is required.
